Welcome 

I'm Patrick Smith, a Learning Experience Designer who creates eLearnings for businesses, non-profits, and academic institutions.

I have 10 years of experience in the Learning & Development field creating learning experiences including instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, and videos for the fintech & legal industries.  I've created dozens of courses and hundreds of eLearning modules. 

I am enrolled in Boise State's Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning Master's program and am on track to receive a graduate certificate in Organizational Performance.  I have also received a certification in UX design.
